addition the letter we informed the customer that a 60 day notice to vacate was required in order to end his lease. On January 16th, 2017, the customer stated he wanted to give notice to move out of his apartment home on February 28th, 2017. We informed him that his lease required a 60 day notice to vacate, therefore to complete his lease obligations, he would be held responsible for rent until March 16th, 2017. In addition, per his renewal offer, we let the customer know that effective March 1st, 2017 the rent would increase to $1219. Since he was moving out March 16th, he would be held responsible for rent from March 1st – March 16th at the $1219 rate (which includes a month to month rate). He filled out the notice to vacate for a move out date of March 16th. The customer declined to be present during his move out inspection, therefore we accessed damages based on the condition it was left. We obtained pictures and invoices of services done to provide back up of all charges. The customer is also billed for final utility fees because they are billed in arrears, so we charge these at move out based on the utility readings. We are consistent in the way our business runs, and all residents are required to follow the same lease obligations as any other. If any additional documentation is needed on my part in relation to the above.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     I would also like to add that I agreed to waive the $75 cleaning fee, and the customer paid his balance due on April 8th reflecting a $0 balance.  [redacted] | Business ManagerBoardwalk Med Center7838 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78240(p) [redacted] | (f) [redacted] www.BoardwalkMedCenter.com | [redacted]
