Review: I was told $500 would be held until checkout on my debit card, however, $500 was debited and removed from my account. We paid cash upon checkout and were told no money would be removed from my account. We checked out on Sunday 9/14/14 and the money still has not been put back into my account. I did not realize it was debited until balancing my account Monday, at which time I called and was told a manager would have to call me back to put money back into my account. No one called, I called again this morning, no one has called me back. In addition, I have sent 3 emails.Desired Settlement: I have requested the $500 put back into my account, that I was told was not debited just held. Not only did they take money, we were told a falsehood about being held not debited.

Engage the bank, the merchant and the cardholder in a three way conference call. Our Front Desk Manager attempted to contact [redacted] via phone. However, there was no response.

We do understand [redacted] frustration with the situation. However, we did no ignore the issue and made every attempt to resolve it. Should you have any further questions or concerns, we are happy to assist you.
