the following Tuesday the bank refused the loan no other attempt was made to contact myself or any other loan institutionno other response was forthcoming

return of deposit has not been completed. contacted them Saturday 10/16/2015. first call at 10:15 am l was told that the person I needed to talk would not be in until 11:00 am. called second time at 11:30am and received voice mail. no reply
