I, Rachel T***, the Community Manager at Harbour Town Apartments worked directly with Mr*** ***After he moved out he did not forward his mail and when the apartment was rented I noticed a lot of mail inside Mr***’s previous mailbox with pieces of mail addressed to himI noticed
that his refund check from Harbour Town Apartments was inside and also another check from an unknown businessI immediately came to the office and phoned Mr*** *** to let him know we have his refund check and I would need a forwarding addressI awaited his phone call and once I received the forwarding I sent a packet to him including all mail the at addressed to him including junk mailI wasn’t aware Mr*** did not receive the packet until he phoned me and asked if it was sentI told him I would check with the post office as I’ve already complained many times about our carrier for our apartment communityMany times I received resident’s mail and they receive mineI’ve had quit a few packets that was sent to my corporate office sent right back to meA few days later a resident had brought the packet to me, it was returned due to insufficient funds of the stampsI informed Mr*** that the packet was returned and I will resend the packet, but this time without all junk mail and I included two stamps on the packetThis packet was resent to Mr*** *** and since I have not heard anything from himI hope this helps understand the situation Thanks, Rachel T*** Harbour Town Apartments
