I have repetitively contacted this company,by phone & mail.Since March 1st 2017.Asking ," when will my order be shipped?"Now nearly a year later,the company's responds is it was shipped & receivedI have already mailed proof from the post office,nothing had been sent from this company to me.I have repetitively contacted the post office,UPS and FED XThis company has a unconditional refund policy.Now, how stupid do they think I am ? No live plant ,will live without water.You should be able to see ,that this company is no goodI first contacted this company Mar 1st 2017.Was told ,'order would ship for the next planting season 2018."Why is the company insisting the order had been shipped?When it was not.Than to go on and state .,the customer waited too long, to contact the companyWhat a LIE!! Company claims."it is too late to file a claim with the post office"Poo.The USPS keeps records for many years!Therefore ,any real tracking number can be traced and verified.,Providing it is a correct number,that had given out by the USPS, been paid for to the USPS,and scanned into their system.At the USPS.All of this has been proved to me by the USPS,and sent to this company.That has been doc by the USPsThe fault is the company'sThe order had been placed & paid for.Yet had not been sent.Not through the USPS,UPS,or FEd X

This customer ordered after the ordering deadline for fall shipping.  The customer was alerted to this in our checkout and informed if they would like to reserve plants for the next season beginning March 15th, 2017 they could check the box and complete the transaction, which he did.  In...
