Boat Lift Warehouse

Received wrong product, paid for return, paid for shipping of replacement that has not been received. Supplier has stopped responding.I purchased boat lift motor cover online 1/2/14. Paid for product, sales tax and shipping,Order number XXXXXXX. Received cover but it was the wrong cover. Paid shipping to return cover on 1/10/14. Was told they would ship replacement cover if I paid shipping. I did that and did not receive the cover. I called [redacted] on 2/3/14 and was told "they"(?) shipped the cover to him, not to me. He'd get it out to me the next day. When I did not receive the cover by 2/7/14 and he did not return my phone calls, I emailed Mr. [redacted] telling him of my frustration at having paid for the product, sales tax and shipping charges 3 times, spending an inordinate amount of time with emails and phone calls without receiving the cover. I told him of my intent to reverse the [redacted] charges associated with this order and file a Revdex.com complaint. I still do not have the cover. Desired SettlementI still need the cover. If I receive it promptly without further charges to me, I will notify [redacted] to reactivate the payment to Boat Lift Warehouse.More info received from the consumer 2014-02-18I have now received the product in good order and I wish to close this complaint as satisfactorily resolved by the merchant.

My order #[redacted] was cancelled on August 1, 2014. [redacted](business rep) emailed me conformation of cancelled order(BLWH could not meet the order placed July 18, 2014 for the amount of $163.33)on August 1, 2014 and stated my refund of $163.33 would be issued. I have since emailed him three(3) times requesting the refund. I spoke with [redacted] on August 19, 2014(last correspondence) and was informed he would issue refund that day. My account does not indicate a refund as of this complaint. I have notified my Credit Card company today about this and a dispute has been instituted. I would appreciate any and all assistance you can provide regarding this refund.
