We were sorry to hear about Mr [redacted] experiences here at Boat Sport as our goal is to give great service to all of our customers. I talked to my service manger about this matter, and the first thing we did was to put Jerry's name in the system. This is something that would have been changed right...
away if he would have told the service manger. It is a very easy change to do in the system.On 7/19/15 Mr [redacted] came to us about his boat not running or starting easily. The boat was inspected and it was found to have water in the gas and the primer solenoid was not working. So we drained the fuel tank and put new gas in the tank, changed spark plugs and replaced the electric primer solenoid. After that repair was done he was able to drive the boat back to his house with no problems.On 7/28/15 Jerry came back to with the boat had stated that he was having the same problems as before. The boat was inspected again and the gas had water in it again. We then drained the fuel tank had put new gas in the boat. The water was getting into the tank form a hole in the seat base. We put a gutter under the seat base so that the water would not run directly into the tank. It would be a great help to Jerry if he would cover his boat.As Jerry's run issue is that water keeps getting into the gas tank we do not believe that we are at fault for the repair not working. I'm sorry that Jerry was not happy with our service, our goal is to have satisfied return customers.
