Boat S'Port Marina

Review: THE pontoon boat was dropped off at the [redacted] on 7/19/15 due to the engine not running properly. [redacted] ran series of tested, replaced parts. Boat was picked up 3 days later, billed to [redacted] (Wife, who has been deceased 4 years), and I paid cash for invoice for $593.73! Took pontoon back to the dock, had to return back to house (in Merrill, WI) and upon returning to the cottage in Eagle River 5 days later, the pontoon would not start. When it finally ran, it seemed to fire on only 1 cylinder....ended up driving boat very slowly back to [redacted] to report problem again. [redacted] apparently performed service tests and stated the services performed on second invoice (also billed to [redacted]), plus the pontoon did the same "cylinder failure" to the technician (while he was testing it in the water) which was noted on the invoice, but when they tried to duplicate the problem in the shop they were not able to. Thus it was noted, not resolved. The cylinder problem is still not fixed. Second invoice also paid in full w/cash for $418.64. Needless to say, the pontoon still has problems. In the past 3 weeks it either runs at 30 mph or it drops a cylinder and we ride back to dock @ 5 mph. Not sure how the [redacted] justifies $1012.37 for repairs when the boat is obviously not fixed. With this amount of money already stuck into a motor that doesn't run correctly & is undependable, I am hesitant to take it back to the [redacted] a third time. Both my daughter and myself have talked to the service manager with absolutely no success. I would be more than happy to forward the invoices to you for examination of problems and [redacted]'s solutions.Desired Settlement: or refund if they are not going to make the boat motor run correctly.

We were sorry to hear about Mr [redacted] experiences here at Boat Sport as our goal is to give great service to all of our customers. I talked to my service manger about this matter, and the first thing we did was to put Jerry's name in the system. This is something that would have been changed right away if he would have told the service manger. It is a very easy change to do in the system.
