Service department Steve stated my boat would be serviced and completed by desired pickup date which gave them three days to change out a steering cable. Steve also stated that the part would be ordered and delivered tomthe following day after the boat was dropped off. Lack of communication and me callin 15+ times, I found out Steve was off for the next 2 days even though he specifically stated he would call me back with a price to get out the stuck steering linkage. Brad stated that the stuck linkage was removed and they were awaiting the part which was the following Monday which is 6 days after dropping of my boat. I then called several times after to get a status on my boat with no return calls until yesterday which is now 10 days ion by Steve. Steve now states that the linkage still is not removed and that the part is in house awaiting install. I'm confused how 2 different people that work in a 15x15 ft room could not be on the same page? This is the worst device I have ever experienced any where. The lack of communication and the lack of contact back to the customer is horrible. Then to top it off I'm gonna get charged even more money then originally quoted when I finally got ahold of Steve by $150. I do not recommend this place for service considering it's a bunch of young kids working on the boats once I stopped by.
