We are self insured. According to our records, there was a shutter system on site July 13, for protection of exterior openings. Since the glass was not impact resistant the shutter for the front door should have been in place to protect it. *** ***

The complaint  concerning the WPI-8 for the patio, had the concerned checked with TDI  or our office they would have verified that the WPI-2 was sent to the state after June 17, 2016 and was certified on June 24, 2016 by the state. In addition, since his insurance did not cancel, should...

have made everyone aware that the WPI-8 was issued. TDI does not send out notices, but post the WPI-8 on their site when issued.  We do not nor or we responsible for notifying the issuance of the WPI-8.  We put a rush on the issuance since the deadline of June 24, 2016 was apparent as normally TDI takes up to two or more weeks to process the WPI-8.   [redacted], Pres. I am rejecting this response because:  Just one of the professionals to inspect our door is from TDI. His  is the Education Oversight Specialist/Regulatory Policy Division, Windstorm Inspections Program.  His report has been filed.  Would Mr. Voss like to question his qualifications?
