Unwilling to admit they entered wrong info on my taxes causing me to be audited I received a letter from the state revenue department asking for me to send in fourms of medical expense for my taxesI went back to boaz tax to see what I needed to send in and they showed me I noticed it said employer contributions for insurance on the forum and the amount was the same as they had entered for my medical expenseI sent it in then got another letter saying I now owe taxes I carry it to them and the boss talked with me and told me they didn't screw up and it wasn't their faultI then called the revenue department and they confirmed that it was in fact because the medical was incorrectly filedI talked to Mr [redacted] again about this and he said we did not mess up its your problem and we are not willing to work with you on thisI do not feel this is good business practice as they tell you as soon as you get done with your taxes if you have any problems bring it to us and we will work
