Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI have already taken care of the overcharge with *** I appreciate the dispute resolution that the Revdex.com provides to the consumer and business I do believe the business is now aware that their practice of charging a credit card surcharge it illegal and now they can address their policy accordingly They have asked that I provide the law for them It is my belief that a business should be aware of the law and that their not knowing is not an excuse for the charge or the way I was treated when the charge occurred Regards, [redacted]

Ms *** was explained that there would be a charge for the credit card, She could as easily paid for the tow in cash or checkbut Ms *** chose to use her credit card.We have always charged the $for cedit cad trans action and was never informed it was agaist the law prior to this
event.Please ask Ms *** to mail us the by laws on the surcharge law and we will send her back the $10.00.The inflamitory actions she is suggesting will cause disreputable action against the business
