Those additional labor issues is where the increased price came from. The business is concerned the customer has provided false information about his business to highlight issue that no not exist in the complaint. Ultimately the customer was provide addtional services that requested over the phone causing an additional price.
Review: I got my truck stuck in the mud. Bob Alley Towing was called to pull my truck out. over the phone I asked how much. I was told $400-$500 no more. I said ok. 1 hour later he was on scene and proceeded to pull me out. while pulling me out he said he charges $300 an hour. he was on scene for 1 and a half hours. however at the end I was told the bill is $1200! I asked why and he repeated he charges $300 an hour. 1 hour to get there, 2 hours working, 1 hour to drive back to the shop. I never agreed to this price otherwise I would have called someone else. I was told $400-$500 over the phone then while he was working the price changed.Desired Settlement: $700 refunded.
