Currently we have been unable to duplicate the customer concerns In Addition, Fiat provides the warranty on the vehicle "not the dealership" and Fait can not authorize a repair if we can not duplicate the problem Also, due to the mileage on the vehicle it is also currently out of the manufacturers warrantyPatrick insists that the part is covered under the longer emissions warrantyThat would again be between him and FaitIf the vehicle had be diagnosed with problem We have suggested he take the Fiat back to Kearny Mesa Fiat where he has been servicing the vehicle and have more history on it than our one time As he also requested we will not just replace parts not knowing if they will fix the problem, that we can't duplicate and worry about getting paid for it later [redacted] General Manager Bob Baker Automotive
