We will be happy to look at the truck, and the condition of the caliper. The customer made an accusation that we removed the brake caliper he purchased, and installed an older caliper while in our possession. That did not happen and that was the issue at hand for the disagreement.

We offered to replace the part at no charge to the customer. We will send her a check for $185.00. Where does she want it sent, or does she want to pick it up?Bobby D[redacted]
