Back in July of 2016, I went to Family Kia’s website to get an online price quote for a vehicle After receiving several phone calls (in which I requested they not do) and emails over a two week period, I never did receive a written quote I then told them I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and no longer wanted to be contacted by their company Despite this, I am still being contacted by their *** representative *** *** a three to four times a week These contacts are by email, despite returning several emails instructing them to stop contacting me I also unsubscribed from their emails using the attached link several times, but the emails do not stopAs a result, I regret having any communications with the company I have also filed a formal complaint with the *** *** *** regarding their illegal spamming activities

I test drove a Kia soul and signed up for a $gift card over seven weeks ago and guess what I never got it WHY..??

Purchased a used Kia which I knew had been in a "minor" accidentWhen I asked about damaged items I received incorrect answers which cost me $1,to repairI would not have purchased the car if I had received correct and complete answersCannot recommend Family Kia

Nearly years ago I received such a great deal from this dealer on a trade for a new *** *** *** that I decided to return for another lease months before the old lease was completedI was concerned about the remaining lease payments, but the *** assured me that was not a problem from the very beginning and that *** *** *** would just waive the remaining paymentsAfter valuing my *** *** (a loaded model with navigation, 3rd seating and leather) around $3,below book value, we came to an agreement (so I thought) that the dealer would provide me a check for the remaining lease paymentsWhen we went to the finance department to sign the papers everything changedThe finance guy said giving me a check to payoff the remaining lease did not make any sense and that he would write into the figures where the dealer would take care of those final paymentsWell a month passed by and *** *** *** provided me with a final bill in the mail that showed the dealer

I went to KIA to have my KIA ***'s horn looked atI was offered a free test for it and replacement which I was happy to receive because up until that point, it was becoming hazardI had a few close calls on the road because my horn wasnt workingIt's been working great since I had it replaced
While I was getting it replaced, I had my dash looked at because it's been sticky and I was told they could replace it for $I was also told by a *** in the service department that some other tests happened including a battery testI am a *** *** working a low income job who can't afford a lot of major repairs or service on my car right nowI also just finished years of volunteer work in a *** ***I hate to think that mechanics would prey on my lack of knowledge about cars, but I know it does happen so my *** taught me early on to just say no to everything but the necessary repairsI know I can't afford a dash replacement so I turned that down but it wasn

We purchased a vehicle in 10/and was promised by sales that a mechanic went fully over the car as we were adamant the car needed to be safe and working well as it was for our young ***There were a couple issues they mentioned and we had those fixedWell, no sooner did we get it home the ac wasn't working so we had our mechanic look at it and he said the compressor was bad ( a very expensive fix)Now, first really cold day and the heat doesn't work at allTook it to a dealer and they told us it had been in an accident ( something never told to us and was worth no more than 1000- (we paid 6000)This dealer who prides itself on " Family" values didn't care one bit about our familyI think they led us deceptively to say this was a well running and safe vehicleIt clearly is not

I brought my *** in Mid October for a starting issue, although the battery was charged the vehicle would not start A small battery could jump start it I had it into the *** *** dealership times and left it for days At *** KIA's suggestion I took it to ** ***
When I dropped the vehicle off at *** Kia, I requested they look at the issue, disconnect the UVO/radio and oil change I planned on leaving it for approximately days (weekend of Columbus day) to allow enough time for a cold start and trouble shooting
*** (very friendly) assisted me and called me requesting an approval for an additional hours to work on the vehicle that nothing was found, the OVO was disconnected and it still wouldn't start Supposedly they even called KIA *** techs for additional suggestions She informed the tech was positive it wasn't the UVO system, that it didn't draw enough electricity

I am yrs old and have never reported any business to the Revdex.com as far as I can remember , but I have had it with these peopleTried to get an internet quote on a vehicle Was hoping for a better deal than their advertised priceWhen I finally did they not only RAISED the price that was on their website by $they RAISED the MSRP somewhere in the vicinity of $!They must not have realized that I was also aware of a current KIA factory rebate as wellGuess they were going to keep thatI used to take my current vehicle there for service but no longer doA few weeks ago I decided to try them again I have a series os about emails in which I was simply trying to get a price for a 60,mile serviceWhen they finally gave in and told me it was $I checked around and the going rate is around $They are free to charge what they want for thatBut this deal about the price for the new car is a total scam I have a screenshot of the price on their website as well as the email they sent me raising the priceThe price was $higher than their website and around $more than MSRP
