*** and I have spoken on the phone and I attempted to explain to him in professional manner the circumstances behind his complaint. He had sent in a inquiry on a car over the weekend and made an appointment for 530pm Monday. Monday morning there a client here waiting before we opened
with cash in hand to buy the car. Our sales manager was unaware that *** made the appointment because it was made during off business hours (over the weekend). My sales manager sold the vehicle and *** was notified. In ***'s opinion his appointment secured the vehicle but we do not operate that way. This is a very rare set of circumstances and is nearly impossible to avoid. We actually had roughly 6-people all trying to buy this truck at the same time. Bottom line, having an appointment does not necessarily entitle you to the car. Deposits can hold a car but *** did not have a deposit on this vehicle. Bob Chapman Ford is years old and a respectful business. We have been awarded the presidents award from Ford and the business leader of the year last year in *** county. Customer service is extremely important to us and we take this very seriously. *** has called the dealership numerous times and email my manager. He has used profanity on the phone and did not want to listen to a reasonable explanation. We are very sorry for his inconvenience but he should be ashamed of his behavior towards myself and my manager

Your dealership opened at 9:am, and at 10:39am, the vehicle was availableAt 12:07pm, you sold it. Now, it's your turn to provide the truth
