We ordered to reptiles snakes specifically from Bob Clark. One of the reptiles arrived with a respiratory infection and probably will not live. The 2nd one arrived frozen solid because he shipped it without the appropriate conditions in blizzard weather. Both of these reptiles were very expensive Bob Clark agreed to refund money if there is anything wrong with the reptiles when they arrived. We've contacted him on numerous occasion's and hes refusing to refund any of the money and secondly he is harassing us on a daily basis with 10 to 20 calls A-day multiple text messages and Threatening text messages claiming hes going to come show up at our house send people to our house etc. This is incredibly unprofessional ilegal and a horrible way to run a business.
I'm surprised to receive the above-referenced complaint. The customer took advantage of a glitch in my website to purchase a $425.00 item for only $4.25. When we contacted him about this 11 days later he refused to pay and claimed that his second purchase arrived dead. I guarantee live arrival, even if the carrier is at fault if notified immediately upon receipt with photographic proof of the condition of the animal. I was not notified of the death until I realized the payment problem and asked for payment or return of the animal. My offer to replace the "dead" animal cannot be fulfilled because the problem was not reported on arrival and no proof of the death was provided. These terms are outlined clearly on the website from which the purchase was made. I suspect that the animal is alive. The customer has in no way been harassed. I am rejecting this response because:
The business still hasn't refunded the money for the product. The business was notified immediately of the issue but was none responsive until I left a review for the company. He then started making claims that he wasn't paid and this glitch story he has now created. We provided pictures and immediate notification of the deceased animal, Bob Clark refused to honor his guarantee. I have pages of harassing and threatening text messages from this person as well as emails and voicemails. Until the $525 is refunded I am not satisfied. This was his guarantee and he has failed to uphold it. He has shown a very underhanded way of running a business.
