I was having trouble starting the car (it wasn't the battery)The *** recommended place was closed since it was Memorial DayBob happened to be at his shop cleaning up and picked up the phone when I calledHe said that I could bring the car in but he would only be able to diagnose the problem since it was a holiday and getting parts would be impossibleIt turned out that he had everything that he needed (the battery cables were not making good contact)I stood by and watched while he fixed it (he did an excellent job with the terminations, adding criring lugs)I asked a couple of questions and he was happy to explain what he was doing, giving me tips along the wayWe were able to make it back to Beverly, MA the same day thanks to BobIf I ever have trouble with the car in the Lee area again (hopefully never), I know where I am going
