Restaurant #522, Clayton, Ohio. Shelby stepped up to take my carry-out order after another woman at the cash register glanced at me after taking another customer's order and walked away. Shelby was friendly, professional, and efficient, that's the reason for 5 starts. Plus, the food was good.

As I waited for my order I noticed a Hispanic-looking
white-haired woman (gave her name as "Stephanie") handling the dinner rolls with her unwashed hands. Handling someone's food with bare hands is unsanitary. Makes one wonder how others handle the food. She did not wear a name tag so I couldn't verify she gave her true name.

I ordered my food online it was supposed to be done at I didn't get it until ten thirty I live less than five minutes away I took the food home it wasn't hot it wasn't warm and it wasn't cooked correctly it looked disgusting and there was syrup all over my bag and such due to the lady's carelessness I took it back got there at or the gym *** said he cannot refud my money and corporate would have toA couple days later I called corporate they said they was sending my money back and I haven't received it yet and so I called today and they said they wasn't sending my money back but sending me coupons as I told them I really dislike bob Evans and wouldn't be returning they are still sending stupid coupons I do not wantThe service is always slow at this location and the food is always gross as well as the whole team are always snotty and rude
