My house was built by Bob Faust Construction, Incin I have asked him many times to come and remedy a situation with the house in the beginning from simple things to more complex thingsThe wooden doors and cabinets were not all completely finished properly, some were left half done, which was noticeable right awayThere was a problem with the garage door openerThe manuals to different things in the house were not left behindThe floor was not nailed to the floor boards below the plywood, almost every nail missedThe tub and shower must have come at a discount because of the scratches, but NOTHING compares to the driveway that has fallen over " on the approach to the garage and even that is NOTHING compared to the lack of water sealing off the cement porch that is above the storm shelter below I knew it would be damp and musty, I had to throw the stuff I would store in there out often, but it wasn't until recently that I discovered why! I saw the water running down the walls when the snow melted, I saw the water running down the walls when it rained, I saw the water running down the walls when getting the porch hosed off When I told him about this, he said he would come look at itHe did not come or call back or anythingI have no idea what I am supposed to do to fix the situation, if it is even fixable at this pointI have run a dehumidifier constantly in that room to keep it from smelling, but, that just runs up the Elec bill, and doesn't stop the water from running in I have many photos of the wood and plywood that is moldy and rotting in the basement from the room not being tarred, sealed, or weather proofed prior to selling the house
