The sales man J[redacted] H. was WONDERFUL to work with. Very helpful and pleasant. BUT the "used car manager" (don't know his name) with very short and unpleasant with my husband when he stopped by, with some questions about the Trax, we were looking to buy. We except better customer service from a "MANAGER". All in all we are pleased with our purchase, even though we do have some issues with our buy.
