Review: On August 4, 2014 Mr Garrett was hired to fix loose flagstone on our entry porch. About March or April of 2015 we noticed the new concrete applied around the specific stones had shrank and/or pulled away from the stone. Causing not only water to puddle up, it also allows water to pass through the sides of the stone where it can. One stone in particular has become dangerous for someone walking up the stairs because the stone is able to flip upward. Another stone is loose and working its way to becoming like the other stone. We called and spoke to Mr Garrett. He said he would come out and look at the work. We never heard from him or saw him again. (it is now 6-15-2015 and we gave him plenty of opportunity to call or show up) It is now up to us to find someone to fix the work we already paid Mr Garrett to do. Apparently, he does not stand behind his work.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr Garrett to refund us for the work (labor and materials )so we can apply it toward another contractor or ask him to pay to have the work completed by another contractor. Either way, his work did not hold up and was not repaired correctly.
