***, our Honda Service Manager sent a tow truck to Moses Lake to bring the vehicle back to us. As *** suspected when she told him about all the warning lights that were on, the battery was dead. Obviously a dead battery on a used car has nothing to do with an oil change, but we
replaced the battery at no charge and apologized to the customer for their inconvenience. We believe the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Jason Midkiff
