Buying a car we agreed upon the 0% financing over months waited days for the car and was told you are all set, great credit scorePicked up the car, they never went over the finance just signed all the papersRealized when I got home that the finance was thru a bank not ford credit, with a interestI called to comlain and was told sorry for the confusionI asked about our agreement and the sales person said we never discussed that optionWell I was there with my son as my witness, he had papers going over all this which he insisted he didn't remember talking about that optionThe reason I went In was for that option to begin withI asked if it could be corrected and was told no, I can go to a bank to buy out and still pay interest, but they can't change over to the ford credit All I want is this months no interest Maybe they should cut me a check for the interest amount they e pest me to payThey just left it at I can change to another bank, and I am not sat

WHAT IS YOUR VEHICLE SALES OR SERVICE ISSUE?:My issue is that I took my *** *** to Bonnell Ford Service on Satmorning, May 28th, for an oil changeI brought two letters with me that I keep receiving from them that have $rewards points that say that I can redeem my rewards today at Bonnell FordI asked *** *** , who was the service advisor if I could get my oil change with the rewards and he said yesWhen my car was ready to be picked up he charged me $Then I was told I could only use it if I purchased a new vehicleI just purchased the car I have in April of and I only have 5,miles on itIt was my first oil changeI was very angry with him and he knew it and told him that this service department was a rip offThis is the second time I've had an issue with their sevice departmentThe last car I bought their, was new and didn't have many miles on it, I took it their for a sticker and they told me I needed ne
