I\'m not sure how to set this right but here is my attemptI sent a complaint to the Tulsa Revdex.com about Bob Hurley Ford a couple of weeks agoI was at their express lane auto service department and unhappy about poor serviceI had called and emailed Rod Hurley about the problem but had heard nothing back so I posted my complaint on the Revdex.com websiteRight after I sent the complaint Rod Hurley called meHe went above and beyond to set the matter straightI cannot say enough about the high level of service he gave meHe definitely redeemed Bob Hurley Ford in my mind and I will be back thereIf there is any way to delete the complaint please do soI left as one happy customer thanks to Rod HurleyMy apologies for not posting this sooner, been out of town.Sincerely, Andrea Broussard
