Chevrolet but Mr. [redacted] was instructed that he could return the vehicle here. At the time of a 3rd party inspection which is per process on returns from [redacted], damage was noted and the customer was notified. [redacted] noted per their inspection a total of $2,012.39 damage and customer responsibility of $1,172.39. [redacted] Chevrolet has spoken with [redacted] since March 2015 trying to help resolve this matter on behalf of the customer. [redacted] Chevrolet is not responsible for previous damage on lease return vehicles. Mr. [redacted] has spoken with [redacted] and we will cover this one-time fee on behalf of the customer.
