the customer authorizing repairs. The second item in the complaint was we aren'thonoring oil changes for the life of the truck. You can close this complaint. It is obvious the dealer does not want  to admit that they pulled a bait and switch on a senior citizen . Please close as a dissatisfied customer.  Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] Thursday, November 26, 2015 Page 5A (scan0004) shows THE BOB JOHNSON PLEDGE ' (in this paper)   WE WILL BEAT ANY COMPETITOR'S AD. Also on this page WE WILL ACCEPT ALL COMPETITORS COUPONS.   [redacted] Thursday, November 26, 2015 Page 1R (20160116 and 20160116-2) shows the competitor's coupon for $2,000 off.  BOB JOHNSON ad was $5,000 off + the coupon for $2,000 off = $7,000 off, that is what I asked for!  It is clear [redacted] had the better deal with $6,522 off. I did not ask BOB JOHNSON to beat $6,522 off, than present the coupon for $2,000 more off. Because to get $6,522 off at [redacted] you had to use the coupon. Again the AD CLEARLY STATES     WE WILL ACCEPT ALL COMPETITORS COUPONS . RUSS did not accept the coupon and said he use to work at [redacted] and it's a good dealership , I better get going it opened 1 hour earlier.  Thank You Revdex.com.

He had several ads, including ours from the previous year. We agreed to match anyone else's ad or possibly beat their ad on the price of a vehicle. Our deal...

was better than their but the consumer wanted us to beat their price and include their promotion also. We are still willing, even though it is month's after the sale to agree to $5,000 off the MRSP for the consumer.

On June 22nd 2015, [redacted] puchased a new vehicle from Bob Johnson 390 Chevrolet. The intial conversation with Mr. [redacted] as well as is family was based on a trade allowance from the manufactors retail price. Later in the process, I discovered Mr. [redacted] received ** Employee pricing....

(That is special pricing for ** employees only). As a result of the new information, It was discussed the trade would be reduced. The final price was the same as orginally discussed and was ageed to by all parties. Thanks, Russ B.
