On 9/16/2021 I went in for a oil change and on sunday 9/19/2021 my engine light came on, I have a 2020 GMC terrain, looked under the hood and oil was every where but where it belonged, and there was no oil cap, whoever did the oil change at bob johnson never put it back on. called Tim at the service department in Avon asked for a flat bed to come get it and I needed a car to drive the flat bed would take 9hours before they could get it, They would not give me a loaner car . I had to pay people to drive me to where I have to go work, exc.When I bought the car last year in the middle of covid in west ridge at Bob Johnson they made a mistake and did give me a loaner to use until my car was ready and that was not even close to being this bad, I just hope my engine is ok.So my issue is they caused all this inconveniace to me and my family and what do I get a big head ache.
