Review: We put our computer in this computer storestrictly because it was convenience location. The computer was staying stuck on page on internet while in a browser, sometimes it wouldn't even connect. We were called several days after we put computer in and was told we had a virus and needed a new hard drive and price went from 75.00 to now 175.00 we agreed to service. Upon picking computer up we brought home. started it up and immediately saw pop up in the bottom right corner. This was 30- days after repair. we closed the pop up and continued to log into the internet. Many pop ups continued, we put call in to Bobs and were told to run the AVG software that was loaded on desktop. When I went to look at desktop no shortcut for AVG, then I check programs in control panel, saw AVG but could not click to start program. While bobs was still online they advised us to download a MALWARE from internet. I did. It show there were over 1000 virus. We called back and they told us to bring in on Friday, it only been 30-days bring it back. I believe this was Bob, and they would reload. This computer is only used to do football fantasy and check email. my husband is not very computer literate therefore doesn't do games or anything online.

We received a call today 1 week after we dropped it off, from Bobs saying computer ready and there and additional charge of 49.95. We just paid 175.00 for this computer to be repaired for the same thing and when we called we spoke to a girl then supposedly the manager who said it was under warranty and they would reload it.

Todays call was first to daughter (I believe) then manager who was very disrespectful and nasty to speak too. I didn't even get the chance to explain anything.. she over talked me and became very irate. Very Very up professional! She said if I did not pay she was going to sell my laptop. WILL DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! Very Rude and hurtful! As a consumer all we wanted was the computer repaired was willing to pay for that repair. We didn't have the computer back but for a short time and it didn't get to use it. I think is sad they way this company handle our repair and want to warn anyone for going to them in the future. It sound like they are children answering phone, no professionalism and the adults except the gentlemen were extremely rude!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the owner call and rectify this situation.

[redacted] picked up his laptop from our shop. Took it home and 2 weeks later had more problems. He had contracted over 1000 virus'. Our normal fee for virus removal is $125, however based on his previous repair fee I lowered that to $49.99. His computer was working perfectly when he picked it up in October. Our warranty does not cover virus'. I saved a copy of all the virus issues that we found on the laptop and have them printed out for his review. His laptop is ready for pickup. He only needs to pay the service fee of $49.99.
