Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Per phone conversation on 5/27/- **:Consumer states that she picked up her vehicle because he had her vehicle for months and the car was just sitting She states that she did take the car to the dealership and she was told that the air bags were not installed, and the headliner replaced before any additional work could be done Consumer had to pay $to Ford for an analysis showing no airbags in the vehicleConsumer feels that she paid this man $and he should have taken it to the dealership if thats the case She states that she is not satisfied with the work completed and wishes to be refundedOn 3/11, the consumer had a text message saying that he would order the air bags and that work would be completed in about a week from that dateShe also adds that she received a text from on 4/that he was on his way to the Ford dealership for the final repairs and that he would be finished the next day Consumer states that she picked up her car due to work not being completed on 4/ Regards, [redacted] ***

Company responded by phone 5/27/16-nkmMrT [redacted] from the company states that the consumer brought the car in to them and they did the body to the car but needed to send the car to the dealership for the rest of the issuesHe states that once the body work was complete the consumer came and got her car saying that she really needed the carHe states that the consumer was advised that the car needed to be sent to the dealership for the final repairs and the consumer never brought the car back

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I would never have E***, her partner or
anyone from Shazzam Cleaning and Hauling come to my home again to do a job that could have been done well during their first scheduled time Please remember that she came late, did not do the job she promised, with the crew that was promised, she doubled her quote at the end, stole my cleaning supplies and other items including a bathtub stopper (why?!?!) and drank on the job as well She did about an hour's work in hours of a house that has square feet and was empty at the time E*** implied that she would return at least part of the money after I rejected her returning to my home, and then ignored my requests for following through with at least a partial refund Admit what you did, E***, correct it, or my next stop is your ad on Angie's List No reasonable person would have you return to their home after what you did there the first time You took advantage of me because I trusted you based on a recommendation and did not monitor you while you should have been cleaning No one should use you or your company to do business if this is your character

We offered to come re-clean the house for free, but MsHudes never got back to us for us to re-clean If she still has a problem with our work, please have her call us directly

Per phone conversation on 5/27/16 - **:Consumer states that she picked up her vehicle because he had her vehicle for 2 months and the car was just sitting.  She states that she did take the car to the dealership and she was told that the air bags were not installed, and the headliner replaced before any additional work could be done.  Consumer had to pay $304 to Ford for an analysis showing no airbags in the vehicle. Consumer feels that she paid this man $5000 and he should have taken it to the dealership if thats the case.  She states that she is not satisfied with the work completed and wishes to be refunded. On 3/11, the consumer had a text message saying that he would order the air bags and that work would be completed in about a week from that date. She also adds that she received a text from on 4/7 that he was on his way to the Ford dealership for the final repairs and that he would be finished the next day.  Consumer states that she picked up her car due to work not being completed on 4/10.
