From: Wendy P**< [redacted] >Date: Wed, Nov 30, at 11:AMSubject: ID - [redacted] To: [redacted] I previously faxed a letter to you (11/15/16) responding to the complaint lodged against me It was handwritten so I will re-type it to you now.This is the first complaint I received in the last years I have been in business The customer sent me numerous messages letting me know how happy she was with my work I have these messages if you care to see them.Although I let her know that she would need to move her valuables and breakable items from where I was needing to work she said she was not up to it and asked for my help - which I did.A glass insert from a picture frame accidentally broke during the process She gave me different measurements because I was trying to replace the glass and all were wrong Finally, she had somebody else measure it, I replaced the glass and dropped it off for her.I believe the customer didn't like one of the colors that she and/or her decorator chose and she hired a different painter to change out the color.The customer explained to me that she was stressed, going through a divorce and had to pick up her son who was a freshman in college because he too was having issues I am quite sure that her decision to contact you was some kind of reaction to the stress she was under - especially in light of her texts letting me know how pleased she was with my work.I take pride in what I do and certainly wish the customer the best of luck.Please contact me if you would like to discuss further My cell number is ###-###-####.Thank you,Robert K***

He has been in the painting business for almost years and never received a complaint.Although he completely disagrees with the customer's position he is willing to have her leave it at the front desk and he will get it repaired.
