I am rejecting this response because:they do not explain the Loud bang and why the car wash was shut down after the bang on my vehicle was heard I messaged them asking them to preserve the video of the incident for review I would like to see that video and also an explanation for the loud bang and subsequent shut down of the car wash Additionally the damage was visible and was inspected by their manager

Per our disclaimer, which is posted numerous times before entering our wash and is 28" wide by 44" tall, all damage needs to be observable and repeatableWe washed over cars the day of said complaint, if our equipment was malfunctioning, we would have seen this damage occur on numerous
vehiclesOur soft microfiber cloth does not contain anything that could scratch or damage a vehicle unless we had an equipment malfunctionWe can assume since the customer was at the car wash that the vehicle was dirty and the damage was already there under the salt/dirt and was not apparent to the customer until after it was cleanedThe customer is invited to come and inspect our equipment at any time to see that it is engineered and designed to safely and repeatably wash cars without incident
