I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Bob MariottsAre lying again. They are not even addressing the parcels in question which were shipped prior to the 18th of June which I never received. I have never received two packages that were supposed to contain all of my back order items along with the previous package that was never delivered to me. I was piece mailed items as they receivedb them from there suppliers. 17.$ is not a satisfactory amountNor will I cash it I will take them to small claims court. Not in my dealings with the thousands of dollars at bob Marriotts have I ever ordered 17.00$ worth of equipmentThese are fraudulent numbersWhy would I order $of equipment and pay 10$ for shipping?They have failed to give you an invoice of the back-ordered items.I have never received 100s of dollars in items due to there negligence and inability to take instructions when shipping especially months after clear instructions to no longer use my address and to hold onto those items as I would be in there to pick them up
