payment history and other factors. We tried to ensure the customer would receive the best available credit terms. That is why we submitted her credit application to several lending institutions. The customer signed a credit application and we never informed her that only one lending institution would be contacted. Lending institutions base vehicle loans on a customer’s credit score and report. We contacted the customer several times about taking delivery of a vehicle and she was unable to come into the dealership for several weeks.
