We had a flag installed by this company in November after waiting for weeks
His workmanship is deplorable for what you pay for
We woke up to find our flag on the ground and the rope and cheap plastic clip that hold's the flag
I called him to come back out to correct the issue Had to wait another days Excuse after excuse
On Friday, the 2nd of December, he came and tied a knot in the middle of the rope and left
Never put the flag up for us Our neighbor did Again, the flag came down and one clip came off and rope broke where he tied it Plus, putting shims in to stop the pole from swaying Very shoddy work
Save yourself money and go to *** and buy the kit
We have had flags and never had this problem
