I will mail her out a paid receipt this week, as far as the warranty that is covered by Bruce/Armstrong I explained that to her I will see if I can get her paper work from them. The saddle for the kitchen was something that she called after the floor was finished. It would have been an extra I never...

charged her for it. The floor was a pre-finished floor and was installed properly, she was very happy the day the floors were completed and there were no issues.
