Review: A few months ago I noticed that when you stepped on one of the tiles it sounded hollow.

Recently I noticed the grout around that tile was cracking and coming out.

Around the week of November 18, 2013, I called and left messages and asked [redacted] to return my calls.

He answered one time and said they couldn't come that week or Thanksgiving week, but they would

come the week after that, December I , 2013. When I didn't hear from him that Monday I started

leaving messages again on his cell phone and house phone asking when they could come. I called in

the morning and the evenings, but he hasn't returned any of my calls. I asked him to call me back and

let me know when they could come fix the problem.

When the tile was laid, a small piece of base board was broken. I bought a piece and stained it, and he

took it home to cut it. I called several times asking when he was going to replace it, but he never

returned my calls. I finally bought another piece, stained it and had to hire someone else to replace it

for me. I could see the same thing was happening this time. He won't return my calls and isn't going to

fix the tile. I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix it. It shouldn't take long to repair, I just want it

fixed before the tile breaks.Desired Settlement: Regrout under and around tile

The CSLB got involved and made the company come out on 02/04/14 & 02/05/14 to finish doing the job correctly. The issues are resolved.
