I used this company for moves on five occasions, the first being in when I moved from a story victorian home in point pleasant to a small home in Toms River; they moved me out of the home in Point Pleasant, into the home in Toms River and then brought things to a storage unit in Brick The three man team were efficient and completed this move in hours Because of this efficiency I used them for my other movesMy last experience in May of was not completed nearly as efficiently and when I e-mailed the company about my disappointment I never received a responseBased on their failure to respond, I will not recommend this company which is shameful for them since I work for a local attorney handling real estate closings primarily in Ocean county and advise folks to NOT use this companyWhen they arrived to do the move in May of 2017, they spent minutes unloading the truck with boxes and materials that they needed for the job they were doing AFTER our moveFor two of my prior moves I have had the same bedroom furniture and not for one of the previous moves did they require me to remove items from the dresser drawers In this last move, the foreman stated that the items needed to removed from the drawers and this left us basically packing at the last minute None of my bedroom furniture was wrapped prior to being removed from the home and placed onto the truck In the two prior moves, this furniture was always wrapped prior to being taken out of my home and onto the truckWhen they left the house they went over minutes out of the way because they went to the wrong address to unload the truckIt was a very big disappointment to me with their service and even more of a disappointment with the lack of any response once I reached out to them about my experience
