Bob Raeker Plumbing Co., completed the original sewer lateral repair for [redacted] through the StLouis County Sewer Lateral Repair program on January 31, At the time of repair per our contract with StLouis County Sewer Lateral Repair division we were to repair beginning at the house transition out -going – ft progressing downstream towards the main and then we ran a cable and camera in the remainder of the sewer lateral and everything was in working condition at that time We were notified in March of some sinking at the original repair site and returned one (1) time per our agreement with the StLouis County to backfill (due to settling of soil from the original repair) We were contacted by StLouis County at the end of September stating that the customer had another plumbing company out on an emergency drain issue in September and that they believed our repair was defective at [redacted] (per pour original contract we did not perform any work near ***) Upon inspection of the property we found a fracture in the pipe at approxft out going at [redacted] (this was approx– ft away from our original repair The condition of the line is in operating condition at that time Bob Raeker Plumbing Cois not responsible for a sewer bathat happened eight (8) months in a different location than our original repair per our contract At this time, we deny the request for reimbursement, all our camera inspection paperwork and subsequent investigation has been submitted to StLouis County for their records

Bob Raeker Plumbing Co. is not responsible for a sewer back-up that happened eight (8) months in a different location than our original repair per our contract. At this time, we deny the request for reimbursement, all our camera inspection paperwork and subsequent investigation has been submitted to St. Louis County for their records.
