After years in our foothills home, we needed to re-plaster our Pool and Spa and repair cracked Kool Deck.We had four companies come out to give us a bid for what ended up being a five figure jobPioneer had been recommended by an old friendOut of the four companies Pioneer who came out, Pioneer was one of only two companies who ever bothered to submit a written bid, Also, the only one that followed up with phone callsPlus, they made two additional trips to our home to answer questions, before we accepted their bidOn the basis of their great communication and follow through we gave them the jobPlus, their bid was competitiveTo our surprize their "great communication and follow through" was not just not part of their sales pitch it was way they did business from the beginning of the job until the endNo question or concern of my design obsessive wife could torture them with was even left unadressed or unresolvedTo sum it up, the level of customer service and profesionalism we experienced with Pioneer Pools is almost unheard of these daysThe principals of the company were very hands on with every phase of the job and that really mattersWe were very satified with our experience with Pioneer and the end result a beautiful and unique poolWe recommend them with five stars
Pioneer Pools did an excellent job in calcium removal, repainting of rock water features, re-coating of my Kool Deck and repairs to my Pebble Tec. I would highly recommend them for any and all pool maintenance. Great people to work with at a competitive price.
Pioneer Pools is a great company to do business with. They are very fair in price and do what they say they'll do and really take care of their customers. I had a water line break due to old and rotting pipes, was not the fault of the pool company but still they came out and fixed the leak at their expense. couldn't ask for more and will do business with them again if needed. I highly recommend them.
