Rob contacted [redacted] as soon as we received the complaint the beginning of January 2016 and resolved the gutter issue promptly.  When Rob left the residence after the adjustment was completed [redacted] was completely satisfied.  We apologized for any inconvenience this may have...

Review: In October 2011, I paid Bob Sheetz Roofing $1800.00 to paint my metal roof & install chimney caps. They came out and painted my roof. Weeks later, they came out and installed the chimney caps. I was told by [redacted] Sheetz that the paint would last about six to seven years. In the fall of 2013, I notices paint chips here & there. In January of 2014, [redacted] came into my work (he has his vehicle serviced there), and told him about the problem & that he needed to come out and look at it. I also showed him a bag of paint chips I've been collecting. I rec'd no response. On March 10, 2014, I contacted him again about the peeling paint. Still no response. He was again in my workplace on April 24, 2014, and I told him again that he needed to get out to my house & look at my roof. Still no response. I told him I did not have another $1800 to pay to have it repainted and that we needed to come to some kind of agreement. Two weeks ago, I was cleaning my gutters, and got a closer look at the roof. It is a lot worse than I thought. I have several bags of paint chips I keep finding in my yard. I can also submit pictures if need be. I'm not sure if the wrong paint was used or what happened. To this day, I still have rec'd no response from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my roof repainted, or refunded my money. It needs to be re-done either way.
