Repaired a furnace with wrong part.[redacted] and Sons replaced the motor on my furnace at [redacted] a year ago. H ordered to order the part which took a week. When it came in he installed it and got it working. A month ago it stopped working again and after 5 calls to [redacted] and no response 8 called another company who went up to check the furnace. This company said the motor was the wrong motor and was not even made by the same company. He is having to replace the motor which is going to cost $1000. We already paid [redacted] and Sons $600 to do the same job.Desired SettlementWe would like a refund of $600 which we paid to the company to replace and install the burner motor which was the incorrect one.
