This man is a real piece of workIf he cant get out of the situation he just liesThis should prove the fact that he again lied and changed my agreement on the FRAUD situationIf not I have the documents to prove thisI took out insurance at 2,for a year due to the car having a computer I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong with itIn less than six months the car was in the shop for about days for one thing then anotherThen months later while in Lville on a very cold nite it would not start at allThe suppose problem was a fuel injectorThe cost was high to replace oneI called since I had full coverage on the car only to be told my policy had been changed to a lessor cheaper policy 10days laterThey had copied and paste my signaturecan prove this toosigned my initialsI know this because I have the email from the insurance company they usedSo basically I was not covered at all because of their unauthorized changesI ended up having to pay our of pocket to fix this carIt was really high around 1,Also a tole and diagnostic billNot once has this man ever offered to fix or pay for the lossWhy will no one look into FRAUD? It is FRAUD the last time I checked illegal..PLEASE HELP MEI am a disabled nurse on an fixed income and this put me in a hard shipI am not the only person he has done this way...Ms*** ***]

Ms*** * *** purchased her Buick Lucerne from us in June In the deal we agreed to install a sunroofShe had some problems with leaks that took several attempts to resolveShe brought her concerns to my attention about years later and I met with her to attempt to resolve her
complaintsAt that point she agreed the leaks were fixed, but had several other requestsMy last conversation with her was by phone in June I agreed to do some additional work to address the mold issue in the carpets and a few other cosmetic concernsShe was on vacation at the time and said she would bring the car in laterTo my knowledge she never brought the car back to accept my offer and has not attempted to contact me or *** ***, the GM, in about yearsOur position remains the sameI am willing to meet with her again if she still has concerns*** *** President

The customer has received a letter confirming the actual mileage of the vehicle*** from the BSF service department spoke to Mr*** and the situation has been satisfiedWe also verified that the actual computer records concerning the mileage were accurateThis appears to have been a verbal
