This contractor is a wolf in sheep's clothing Very friendly at first, but stealing you blind in the end He was hired for a house remodel He was paid deposits for work that was never startedHe was paid money for items that were never completed Months of no work being done Took advantage of a family and left them high and dry The house is still not livable and the owners are basically homeless now He took all their money Items that owners purchased came up missing also after his workers were there It's a shame there aren't negative numbers for a review BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I wish there was a way to give even less than a one star ratingBob is a ripoff artistMy mother spent years saving money to bring her historic home in Beaverdale/Forestdale area back to life after the house settling created cracks that water seeped through causing damage throughout the yearsShe was so happy and proud when she found Bob through a recommendation from her insurance agentMy mother is nearly years old, retired and on a fixed incomeHowever, she loves her house more than anything in the world
After she paid him over $15k to fix everything both structurally and cosmetically, we quickly noticed the leaking continuedIn the exact same places where it was happening beforeAfter a few trips out to "repair" the problem, Bob simply quit respondingHe just ignored herThat is until he called my mother (who worked in the health unit at the *** *** ***) to check the status of one of his employees who was locked up for god knows what)But now he's continued to ignore her until this day
Now the areas that Bob "fixed" look worse than they did to begin with and she's never got an explanation, refund of any kind or at the very least an apologyEven the insurance agent that initially recommended him told my mother that he was sorry for the situation and wished he could take it backAnd it turns out that many of Bob's former clients are infuriated with his workThis is the worst thing that has happened since my mother moved into the house in We wish we never met this guy
