Bob Tusky has been to my house several times for repairs to different aging appliances. He has always been 100% professional, prompt, and courteous. I have recommended him to friends and family. I think he is the BEST!

Mr [redacted] is essentially correct in that I agreed to refund our trip and analysis charge. Our distributor could not find Mr [redacted]'s correct part based on the model number. Because I was delayed in sending the promised refund, I'm subjected to Mt [redacted]s insipid wrath. My ethics are just fine, thank...

Bobs been out to my home 4 times over the past month or so failing to repair my fridge.
1st time ordered part
2nd time lost of electrical sparking and then a breaker blew. Bob said he's unable to repair due to Subzero shipping him a bad part?
3rd time out still unable to fix
4th time he was out he said he could not do the job because he left his tools at another job site.

It's been over a month now we have waited for Best appliance repair to fix our fridge and now we have to reschedule for a 5th time hoping he brings all his tools!

Save your self time and money don't use this company!

Review: Bob T[redacted] and another worker came to our house 9/21/15 to diagnose problem with washer. He said that he had to order a part and that he would call us within a day or two; we paid $89.00 to him for the service call. He did not call us as stated. I called a couple of times on 9/24/15, each time said he was on the other line and would call me back; never did. I called again 9/25/15 first thing in the morning, could not leave a message because mailbox was full. I called again later than day and spoke with Bob. I expressed my frustration with not hearing from him. He said he doesn't call his customers unless he has an answer(?). He said a part was ordered on 9/22 and that it would take 7-10 days from that date. I called him 10/6 because he hadn't heard anything. We spoke for a few minutes in which he took all of my information again, said that the time-frame I described was way too long and that he would call his office and check on it and call me back. No return call. I called again 10/8, got voice mail but could not leave a message because machine was full.Desired Settlement: Refund of service fee. I now have to pay another applicance repair company to come out and do the same diagnostic, order a part, wait for it come in and then repair the washer.

Review: Our dishwasher has been running very long cycles since September. We called our home warranty company and they assigned Bob Tusky's Best Appliance to us. A technician from Best Appliance came to our house on September 28th as scheduled. He did an inspection of our dishwasher and told us he would need to order a micro processor, which he said would take 3~5 days to arrive. We let him order it and wrote him a check of $75.00 as the deductible for our home warranty call. Our home warranty shows that Best Appliance ordered the part on September 30th, and they cashed our check on October 15th. Now it is November 5th. During the past 6 weeks, we have called Best Appliance more than a dozen times to inquiry about the part ordering and follow-up service, and every time we were told that they would call us back. However, they never called us back. Neither did they provide us any information about the part or service.Desired Settlement: Having known the unreliable, irresponsible, unresponsive, and untrustworthy nature of Best Appliance, we would like to have our $75.00 refunded completely.
