Bob Ward's

Bob Ward's is a joke. I completed and order and paid for an item on their website. When the package arrived, the correct product box was in the package, but the product box had different items in it that from a different manufacturer. I ordered a backpack and in the box there were two duffel bags and ski wax. I called customer service and I was then told the item I ordered was not in stock. I was then sent a return label and asked to drop off the package at FedEx. I told Bob Wards to have FedEx pick it up....their mistake, not mine. Bob Wards did nothing to make this right. Totally screwed up my Christmas gift. REAL customer service would have made sure I got what I ordered....even if the item had to be purchased elsewhere and sent to me. A joke of a company. I will make sure that nobody I know ever makes a purchase from Bob Wards.

Review: Reviewed website information on [redacted]. Product pictured showed solid color, larger same color and material edging and was labeled "Spruce". Received a slightly smaller (and no longer large enough) product with the same name but in a "Spruce Plaid" as shown on the manufacturer and other [redacted] webpages. Other webpages clearly showed the plaid instead of the solid and had contrasting stiches around the edges. I had ordered and received from another vendor the same item last year and received a solid color, large same color and material edging, heavier material product that I thought I was ordering this time around.To me, this was a simple case of bait and switch. Had the offerer updated his webpage with a current product picture and used the term "Spruce Plain" instead of last years picture and "Spruce", I simply would not have ordered through them.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I thought I had ordered or a refund of the return shipping charges of $6.99. As of yet, the product has not arrived back at the shipper, so the refund of purchase price has not been completed.So, three choices.1.Original Moraine hoodie with solid color, larger and with heavier material in Spruce. No contrasting edging.2.Refund return shipping charges of $6.993.Ensure price paid for item refunded in full if first choice not available. I DO NOT WANT A PLAID HO
