Recent visit to your showroom with my son to look at & possibly buy a new or used truck was terribleWhen the sales man first came out , he had a smart attitude at first which we kindly ignored As he looked at the trade in truck he basically said it was a ***!! Should not have been inspected etc We have a very good mechanic and the truck was in fair to good shape, he only offered us $850, which was an insult His smart comments got worse and personal (Making fun of the type of cell phone I used etc.) Just bought a truck from [redacted] and we could not be happier The salesman was kind and professional and we got more than triple the trade in value!!!!!!!!! Your horrible salesman was John D [redacted] , we know others that have had similar experiences with him and have walked out and purchased elsewhere
Even though we disagree with Mr***'s description of
events, we have agreed to send him a check for the disputed amount in order to
put this situation to
rest
We stand behind our products, our workmanship, and our
people. We thank Mr*** for his
patronage and wish him well in his ownership experience

I drove 80 miles to get a Jeep I was told by Brielle they would meet or beat any price I relayed to her I had 4 quotes from other dealers for around 25k for the price. I drove 80 miles one way to get to Bob Weaver in Pottsville then presented the quotes I had then was told I needed the invoices from the other dealerships. They had no intention of selling me the vehicle at the prices I was quoted from other dealers it was just a tactic to get me there to their lot in hopes I would buy something more expensive. They have very deceitful practices I would recommend avoiding this business at any cost. Their prices are higher than most and their practices are less than honorable.
Review: When my wife and I were going through the purchasing process of buying a 2014 [redacted], I inquired about the Bob Weaver dealership discount of $676 that was advertised on the Bob Weaver website. Allen, our salesman, asked if we were going to trade our [redacted]. We said that we were. Allen said that the discount wouldn’t apply. My wife said that wasn’t indicated in the ad but Allen insisted that it wouldn’t apply with a trade so we dropped it. Thinking about it after our purchase, I called and spoke with DJ, the general sales manager, who said that with a trade in the dealer discount still applies. I emailed Bob Weaver and explained what occurred when we bought our Encore. Shortly afterwards, I got a call from DJ who said that Allen, who was a seasoned salesman and owned a dealership for many years before working for Bob Weaver, overlooked telling us that the Bob Weaver discount was in the trade in price. I feel that we were short changed the $676 dealer discount because we specifically asked about the dealer discount and Allen told us that it didn’t apply with a trade when it should have.Desired Settlement: The dealer discount of $676.
