They LEFT THE WATER LINE LEAKING under my dishwasher after attempting to repair it and it RUINED THE WOOD FLOOR IN MY KITCHEN!!! When we discovered the leak, we quickly realized that the technician had not completely turned off the water line to the dishwasher, and had left it unhooked from the water valveMistakes happen, no big deal BUT when I contacted the OWNER, [redacted] she first blamed it on the valve, then faulty pipes, then she blamed us for not DOUBLE CHECKING THE TECHNICIAN'S work!!!!! I could not believe how RUDE she was to us, she basically called us liars and told us to deal with the homeowners insurance to get it repaired Since then I called again to give her one last chance to rectify the situation and the receptionist belittled me because I misunderstood who the business owner was (there are two listed in the under the Secretary of State)! THESE PEOPLE CALL THEMSELVES A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS, THEY ARE THE RUDEST, MOST CONDESCENDING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I'M LITERALLY SHOCKED! I WOULD NOT WANT ANYBODY TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH WITH THESE FOLKS! CALL ***, THEY'RE CHEAPER ANYWAYS!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir: My apologies for not answering you BBB letter promptly, but I was in Iowa dealing with my dad and memory care centers. I have refunded Mr. [redacted] $214.93 for invoice [redacted] . Check number [redacted] sent on 7/12/2016. [redacted] is a valued customer and we always do our best to... do what is right. Our technician replaced the support bracket and glides which were approved by ***. Between the times we ordered the parts and returned [redacted] had pulled off the felt seal around the front and disposed of it. When we told him it should be replaced he said he did not want to. When [redacted] called on 6/22/16 I left a message at the phone number [redacted] . I explained that I needed to talk to the technician to get the full story. Again I am sorry I did not follow up when I came back to work 7/11/16. With Regards,Belinda K [redacted] Owner

We used Bob's Appliance to repair our two year old fridgeLong story short, we put a stop payment on the check we wrote because after over a month of visits back and forth, the fridge was still not repaired; in fact, there were THREE mis-diagnosis, extremely poor customer service, and I'm still not sure if they damaged the freezer section when the tech yanked and swore at the door, finally forcing it outI was speechlessThe woman who was at the front desk was rude and accusatory, never taking responsibility for the poor service
Further, at least one of their technicians is not licensed for refrigeration, making it impossible for him to properly and accurately diagnose and repair. We also learned that Bob's Appliance was not an authorized repair service for our appliance, and they never bothered to tell usNow they are trying to get paid for work that was not only unnecessary, they had the wrong part to begin withThey will not get paid and I do NOT recommend this company for anyone who wants to be treated fairlyIf you do happen to call, make sure you have a licensed technician and that they are authorized to work on your appliances

We are writing to address the issues for the above mentioned customer I will try to address by your letter numbering on the comments. As
far as the time, we do not set a time, we do set a "window" for the estimated time Yes, the tech would have attempted to have our office order the parts He also would not have known the parts had been discontinued Yes, our notes do state that the customer called us on 06/24/to follow up on the status of the parts This is where we dropped the ball We overlooked this paperwork and did not follow up on the status of these parts The parts were to be shipped from the company called *** *** also dropped the ball on this one, as they discontinued these parts and did not notify us *** *** informed the customer that we (Bob's Appliance Service) had cancelled the parts order, which we did not As stated above, *** cancelled the order themselves and did not inform us. We called this customer today, 07/06/16, and spoke with Mrs *** We apologized for our part in the lack of communication We pride ourselves on our customer service and work hard to take care of our customers This will help us to avoid situations like this in the future As it turns out, another company, ** actually had the parts and mailed them to the customer at no charge We are happy that in the long run, the customer was able to get the parts they needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Sincerely,Bob's Appliance*** *** ***
