October 1, 2015To Whom it may concern, Bob’s Auto and Towing Company takes your concerns seriouslyWe thank you for your communication and we desire to address the matter at hand.In Regards to your dispute, here is a summary of the call in subject:Bob’s Auto and Towing was contacted by the police on the afternoon of September 4, as part of a rotation The first truck called to the scene did not have the adequate equipment to safely retrieve the car from the ditch so a second driver was calledIn spite of this, the bill only reflects one truckThe price was dropped to a minimum due to special circumstances by the general managerBob’s service pricing are based on standard pricing in the towing industryIn response to your claim in receiving a estimate over the phone; our office staff is careful to never give pricing estimates due to the likelihood that the prices will change on a job to job basisWe apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience
